  1. Thanks for the reference, Brian. This idea of Yoga being an integral part of everyday life has been a frequent topic for discussion on the Yoga Journal Community. It always generates a lot of interesting comments.

  3. It’s the simplest of thoughts that are sometimes the hardest to digest. Thanks for such an inspirational quote, I was finding it difficult to find time for the things I enjoy in my day to day life. I work with Del Monte, and if anyone is also looking to eat healthier on a hectic schedule, we have these new citrus bowls and Superfruits out that are really quite good. The fruit comes pre-peeled and the container makes it easy to take with you anywhere. Has anyone tried them? If you’re interested, visit the website and grab some coupons :) . There are also some great recipes that are light and easy to prepare at home!

  5. HI,
This is my basic problem. I was taking lessons and decided that one hour a week is probably not enough and that I should do it more often, like everyday. What is the best time to do your daily Yoga? I was thinking about first thing in the morning to get a good start on the day, maybe followed by a few quiet moments with a nice cup of tea. We sell Yoga products on our website http://www.frogkreek.com and would love to do a link exchange with you. Hope to hear from you soon.

    • Hey Russ, Thanks for stopping by and saying hi. I’ve experimented with all sorts of practice times and have found that for me early morning works best for getting in a good home yoga practice.

As for a link for link exchange, sounds great. You’re linked up. Best wishes for your business! Brian
